Data controller and contact
ReadWith operates the service at readwith.art. Privacy requests can be sent to dicommerceandconsulting@gmail.com. The legal and billing identity applicable to a purchase is also shown in the Stripe checkout receipt.
Data we process
Account and contact details; scripts and project settings; generated audio; optional SelfTape recordings; payment references and credit transactions; technical logs needed for security and reliability. ReadWith does not store complete card details.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the service and purchases, protect accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on performance of the contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and service improvement. Optional communications require consent where applicable.
Service providers
Data may be processed by Supabase for database, authentication and storage; Vercel for hosting; Stripe for payments; ElevenLabs and enabled voice providers for speech generation; and, only when the relevant feature is used, Daily and analysis providers. Text is sent only when needed to perform the requested feature.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard described by the provider.
Retention
Account and project data remain available while the account or project exists. Deleted projects and recordings are removed from the active service; limited copies may remain in provider backups for their documented backup cycle. Payment and accounting records are retained for the period required by law. Security logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by writing to dicommerceandconsulting@gmail.com. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. Requests are answered within the time required by applicable law.
Security and minors
ReadWith uses access controls, row-level security and limited-access service credentials. No internet service can promise absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 14 without the authorization required by applicable law.
