Service
ReadWith is a rehearsal tool that generates partner voices from scripts supplied by the user. Voice output is probabilistic and is not a substitute for an acting teacher, coach or casting professional.
Accounts and uploaded material
You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to upload and process scripts, recordings and other material. Do not upload unlawful material or personal data you are not authorized to process.
Voice credits
One voice credit covers up to 100 characters within one generated partner line, rounded up separately for each line. Replaying existing audio does not consume credits. A new interpretation or regeneration consumes credits. Credits restored after a confirmed technical failure are not charged.
Prepaid packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Purchased credits are added to the existing balance and do not expire while the account and service remain active. Promotional credits may have separate conditions shown when granted. Prices and the exact credit quantity are shown before payment.
Payments, withdrawal and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. To request withdrawal, a refund or assistance, contact dicommerceandconsulting@gmail.com. Where the user asks for immediate supply and consumes digital credits during a statutory withdrawal period, the consequences are determined under applicable consumer law and the information shown at checkout. Refunded packs may be removed from the remaining balance.
Availability and storage
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Generated media and recordings are working assets, not a permanent archive. Keep local copies of material you cannot lose. We may introduce fair technical storage limits with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass limits, share access unlawfully, probe security, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, clone a voice without authorization or use generated media to deceive or violate rights. We may suspend access to protect users, providers or the service.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, ReadWith is not liable for indirect losses, failed auditions, creative decisions or material the user did not back up. We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
